About our Staff
Aside from our excellent curricula, what makes 3D programs such a terrific experience for players is our selective hiring process. We have very specific criteria for 3D staff which are detailed on the Employment Page. Many youth programs feature an experienced coach at the helm of a staff of experienced players. What sets us apart is our definition of a "qualified" coach. At 3D, we recognize that playing and coaching are two completely different skill sets. Excellence on the field does not always translate to excellent coaching. That is why we look at coaching and leadership experience FIRST and playing experience second. Our coaches have more than just a love of the game; they share a passion for working with young people. This passion is demonstrated by their year-round dedication to working with young people both professionally and in their free time.
