Speed-Agility-Quickness (SAQ) Training
In today’s power game, speed and agility make the difference between being a good player and being a “GO TO” player. We can help you get faster, more agile, and ready to react to anything your opponent hits, throws, or shoots. Speed training is something that every athlete can benefit from and it gives an immediate edge over the competition. Our instructors are certified and work one on one or in smalls groups. This ensures that each athlete gets the attention they need to really benefit from our training. This specialized training gives the athlete: Increased acceleration and endurance, Quicker 40 yard dash, Faster breakaway speed, Better agility, Faster change of speed and increased flexibility and balance.
Adults: This is a fantastic way to get fit or stay fit and its way cheaper than a personal trainer! We have a growing group of adult SAQ participants so you won't be alone! Come join us for a great work out under the supervision of trained sports professionals in classes designed for competitve athletes.
Our SAQ training will teach you:
- Dynamic warm ups used by collegiate and professional athletes
- Dozens of drills to help increase you speed and endurance
- Secrets to improve your multi-directional speed and agility
- Sport specific drills to improve your reaction time so you’ll have a leg up on the competition

Registration
To register an individual or team just call 757-969-5716. We will take your client and payment information over the phone. For teams and groups, we will schedule your sessions at times that are convenient for your group based on the availability of our trainers. 3D SAQ classes are geared towards athletes aged 8 and older. Athletes may participate on a Month-to-Month basis or join the program for 6 months to experience increased savings. As part of the 6 month agreement; you may change your quantity within that time period based on your training needs (e.g., from "unlimited" to "4 sessions/month") but you may not opt out of the program for 6 Calendar months from the date of your first class. Payment information will be collected and athletes are auto-billed each month. Injured athletes may drop down to a $25 holding fee that allows you to train once in a month but 3D must be notified in advance of your upcoming bill date.Current Weekly Classes
After registering for Speed-Agility-Quickness Training with 3D you will need to register for your classes. Our class offerings will continue to expand in conjunction with our registrations, so as the 3D SAQ Program grows you will see more and more time slots available. You can register in bulk (e.g., Mondays and Wednesdays) or you can register as you go on a daily basis. Class limit is 10 so if a class is full and you did not let us know you were coming, you may be bumped. Call 969-5716 to reserve a spot in the class(s) of your choice. If calling before 1pm just leave a quick message.
Team Training
If you would like to train with your team and keep everyone on the same page, you can schedule team training with a 3D SAQ Coach. Just call in to book your Team Training session(s) and we will help you take the whole group to the next level!
