            Open House: Sept 25 (1-5pm)              

  • 4pm:  Free one hour speed-agility-quickness training session
  • 3-5pm: Free Injury Screening provided by Sentara Sports Medicine team
  • 1-5pm: All Cages & Field space will be open to the public for free

Coming this Fall

  • 2010 Soccer Reunion - Oct. 30, 5pm at CNU Captain's Field - Join us for a clinic and the chance to play on the Captain's Stadium Field during half-time! ($59) - Register Here! (First 32 registered will be guaranteed playing time at half time)

  • Fall Academy Training: 6 weeks technical training designed to improve skills. Although private and small group lessons are the best way to make major improvements to your game in the off-season, we realize that this is not the right option for every athlete. Through the Academy, any player who is interested can have access to high quality training from TRAINED, EXPERIENCED coaches.
  • Speed-Agility-Quickness Training offered Daily
  • Indoor Soccer PICK UP (September: Monday 7-8 & 8-9, Wed 8-9) - $5/hour, please check in at the desk
