GK Academy - $59

New in 2010, we are offering weekly training for GKs. Good GK training is hard to come by any time of year, but the winter is a great opportunity for aspiring GKs to experience the dedicated keeper training that they rarely get during the busy spring/fall seasons.Our goalkeeper instruction will introduce and reinforce goalkeeping techniques such as the ready position, handling, angles, diving, distribution, coming off the line, and high ball techniques in a fun but challenging soccer environment. Each day will have a different theme. This group will be very technical in nature to teach and learn the proper skills needed for safety and success in the goalkeeping position.

Goal Keeper Spring Break Camp ~ $75

Spring Break 2010 (3-5 pm) -  Unfortunately, many teams don't have a trained Goal Keeper coach who works with GKs regularly during the spring season.  This camp is a great way to supplement your spring training with some GOAL KEEPER SPECIFIC coaching.

Goal Keeper Lessons

3D Soccer Lessons focus on teaching and perfecting the fundamental skills of the game. As technical ability improves, comfort on the ball will translate to increased speed of play and improved tactical decision making.  Sessions are comprised of agility, plyometrics, technical work and functional training and are customized to the needs and skill level of the student(s). Hat Trick Clinic ~ $25

Date TBA  -  Playing indoor during  the winter demands a lot from GKs.  Get ready for the indoor season by working on your shot stopping, reactions to rebounds, and angle play at our Hat Trick Clinic.  GKs work with a GK Coach while the strikers work on their shots. Then we combine and see who comes out on top: GKs or Strikers! This is a great opportunity to get tons of shots and real time feedback from our top notch GK trainers. This Clinic provides specific training for attacking minded players whether you play striker or center defense. If you like to get forward and take shots, the Hat Trick Clinic is for you. The aim of the Hat Trick Clinic is to teach players skills directly related to scoring goals. Instruction will cover finishing techniques for both power and finesse shooting, one versus one with the keeper, and finishing off of crosses.
