3D Field Hockey

            Open House: Sept 25 (1-5pm)              

• 1-5pm: All Cages & Field Space will be open to the public for free
• 3-5pm: Free Injury Screening provided by Sentara Sports Medicine tea
• 4pm:  Free one hour speed-agility-quickness training session
