            Open House: Sept 25 (1-5pm)              

• 2:00pm: Free Shooting Clinic with instructor, Steve Zengel
  
• 4pm:  Free one hour speed-agility-quickness training session
  
• 3-5pm: Free Injury Screening provided by Sentara Sports Medicine team
  
• 1-5pm: All Cages, Courts & Field space will be open to the public for free
