BASEBALL: 6 Week Hitters Academy - $75

The hitters academy at 3D sports is a 6 week training program on proper hitting mechanics.  We achieve this through tee work, front toss and live hitting [machine & live pitching].  The academy will also include conditioning and strength training to maximize swing speed and power.

• Mon. 6pm: 7-8 yrs  |  7pm: 12-13 yrs
• Wed. 6pm: 9-11 yrs   |   7pm: 14-15 yrs
• Mon & Wed 8-9pm: HS Advanced group
